Background
My brother David was an amazing father to his 4 yr old son and my favorite brother. He was engaged to married to a beautiful woman Jeannette. A few hours before my brother passed I was on video chat with him and we were making plans for him to come live with for a bit. Where he was living he did not feel safe .
