David's obituary
David Smith, 73, of Lancaster, OH, passed away on December 07, 2022 after a long battle with acute myeloid leukemia.
Dave was the son of the late John and Martha Smith, and was the brother of the late Richard Smith. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday December 7 2022 at the age of 73.
He is survived by his four children: Paul Smith of Portsmouth VA (wife Penny), Stephen Smith of Portsmouth VA (daughters Allysia, Michaela, and Samantha) Jennifer Clark (husband Carl, son Johnathan and daughters Lorynne and Katelynn) Sarah Cayton of Newark OH (husband Mike, sons Hunter and Cameron and daughter Mya); as well as his wife Ruthie Smith and extended family.
