David "Dave" Barford Higgins age 68 passed away peacefully in his home at 2 Seneca Lane, Coldwater, Ontario On August 27, 2019. He was surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his spouse Cindy Wilson and 4 children, Cindy Mary Higgins, Bonnie Hilda Roach and her husband Yvon Camille Roach, Broc Alexander Wilson and his wife Meghan Wilson and Jasmine Crystal Gordon along with his grandchild Sarah Jane Araujo and his best friend "big …
