This morning I was smiling to myself remembering the time when we were all on the back deck playing our vehicle book game with Carter, who had given Lightning McQueen and Sally to Dave to hold so they could participate, too. Jamie asked someone to identify the tipper truck and they got it right, so, in true Carter fashion, she said “Yeah, you right! Everybody say tipper truck!”. Carter’s face lit up when Dave said tipper truck not once, not twice, but three times in different voices: once in a feminine voice for Sally, again in a deep voice for Lightning McQueen, and one more time in his own voice for himself. Everyone had so much fun that day, but Dave stole the show with that one.
