David was all about, Faith, Family and Friends. When you speak to anyone David befriended, they will tell you that if a problem was mentioned, David immediately engaged, whether at their home or at work. I have always called David the unpolished diamond, meaning his directness when you met him, did not portray the beautiful person he was inside. If you ever spent time with David, he always went the extra mile for anyone and everyone, and reflected his sparkling caring diamond nature. I saw him last Thursday, February 27th, in the hospital and while he was in distress, his Faith was not only intact, but was sustaining his being. I met David in 2006 when he worked with me at Cushman & Wakefield and then he joined me at Colliers thereafter. I can only say we lost a very wonderful person here on Earth, but God has gained a fierce and loving warrior for his purposes. He will truly be missed in our offices.
