Dear Shari, Rachel, and Dana: I am so sorry for your loss upon Dave's passing. You don't know me, but I was a friend of Dave's in high school. We only reconnected in October of this year when he was unable to attend our 50th Reunion. We exchanged several emails and some photos and I think we were both happy to have been able to share a few memories in his final weeks. I'd like to share a thought that I heard on EWTN Catholic Radio, that I hope brings you some measure of consolation: "We are not physical beings with a spiritual dimension; we are spiritual beings experiencing a temporary physical existance." Peace.

I have been honored to be Dave and Shari's friend for over 40 years. So many wonderful memories of college, 4th of July parties, and more intimate get togethers. I love that man and we will miss him more than I can express. It's a very sad time and Heaven just got a great man, who will be re-engineering the entire place--the right way.
