A big forest of Hom shirts, ready to be picked up! And they all were! Can't wait to see all the places they visit.

This past Saturday, July 15, we had a celebration of life for Myles in Benicia, and one of his friends and co-workers hired Fred Payne, a bagpiper from the Bay Area. He was awesome. It was a very hot day but he had workable suggestions for how to play indoors in the hall without stressing out our ears! This is him, marching into the hall.

Myles was a big fan of music …
Myles was a big fan of music on vinyl, and preordered this particular album in January; just got it yesterday. "Red and black splatter" they call that color. Posting this just for fun, but I may have slightly stressed the speakers playing this one last night ;) Also, I would post the actual record cover but it was apparently banned in the US as being a little too weird/gross.

2015, The Kitchen!
There's a lot to unpack here, right? I mean, the facial hair! The Pixar shirt! And of course, the Contessa, the OG of my brother's electric guitars, received (if I remember correctly) on his 13th birthday. At the time of this picture, though, Myles was much more interested in drums, but I think his Uncle's guitar zapped him and gave him the bug.

Well, I have to walk back my guess at his age when my brother gave him the guitar. More like 13 I think. But, sorry/not sorry Myles, 13 year old Myles rockin' out Pete Townsend style with his new 6-string

Cheyanne quoted Myles' Spotif…
2023, The Ice Room
Cheyanne quoted Myles' Spotify profile: "A dude, his Iceman and a bunch of plug-ins". I was blissfully ignorant what he meant by Iceman until his friend Mike fixed my ignorance. The guitar in the picture IS the Iceman. It is an Ibanez my brother gave him when he was 16, I believe, then immediately stressed it was too big a gift. But Myles played the HECK out of it, and used it for his Hom music until its internal electronics started getting scratchy and shorting. Also: Myles customized the neck in a few ways with my brother's nickname "Two Gun Johnny" and the title of his best song, "Rather Be Lucky Than Good". Hopefully y'all can see it... [[By the way, I think I am actually wrong. This wasn't the guitar he used for Hom. Had to edit to set that straight.]]

2022, Bodega Bay, CA, USA
It has been a little while since we posted a picture.... Myles had Peggy take this picture so he could use it for his Spotify profile picture for Hom. It was difficult to locate the original for some reason, but we prevailed.
