Background
My dad had a lifelong love for animals and a special way of caring for them. He believed that every animal deserved kindness, safety, and a chance at a good life. His pets were not just companions, but family, and they brought him comfort and joy throughout his life.
Because of this, we’ve chosen Saving Grace in Winchester, Oregon as the memorial charity in his honor. Saving Grace provides shelter, care, and second chances for animals in need, which reflects my dad’s own values and the way he cared for every animal he met.
Donations made to Saving Grace will help provide food, shelter, medical care, and the hope of adoption for animals who might otherwise go without. Supporting this cause feels like a meaningful way to carry forward his love and compassion, and to ensure that animals continue to receive the care he believed in so deeply.
