David Foster Domzalski

February 18, 1960 – August 14, 2025

David Foster “Dave” Domzalski, age 65, of Chandler, AZ (formerly New Lenox, IL), passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Father of David (Monica Brady) Domzalski and Dustin Domzalski; Papa of Wyatt Domzalski; Son of the late Gloria (McCoy) and the late Leonard Domzalski; Brother of Leonard (Mary) Domzalski; Jennifer Domzalski; and Jeffrey Domzalski; Former spouse and loving companion of 40 years to Christine Domzalski; Fond uncle and cousin of many.

Dave was a master carpenter who owned and operated his own construction business for 30 years, focused on siding and building homes. With his own hands, he built his family a beautiful, custom home to live in. Dave loved the outdoors, and in his retirement moved from the Midwest to Arizona and enjoyed the warmer weather to fish and hike in – though he never stopped being a Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. Dave never met a dog he didn’t like and throughout his life, got the chance to spoil many. It was rare to see Dave without a cup of coffee in his hand, and he relished the opportunity to stop at Popeyes or Culvers. Dave will be remembered for the way in which he loved his family and spoiled his grandson with matchbox cars.
