DAVID CUTSINGER, 63, of Jackson, MI, passed away on October 18, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.
David was born on April 11, 1959 to William and Ellen in Detroit, MI. After graduating from Walled Lake Western High School 1977, he went on to join the U.S. Navy. He was a volunteer at the Veterans Administration, in Ann Arbor MI. He participated in the Veterans Wheelchair Games where he took home many …
