My condolences to David's family, and my brothers. I first met David when I was seven years old when he and Elaine adopted my brother John. They later adopted my two other brothers, Patrick and Daniel. We would often get together at their house in Dogtown, and play in the back yard.  They even hosted our birthday parties just so we could all be together. I remember Dave always had the VHS camcorder taking videos—that we’ll cherish forever! I’m forever grateful for their selfless act of making sure the boys could stay together as siblings and in a family.

I hope David is resting in peace with Elaine by his side. The boys (now men) now have 2 angels to watch over them.
