Davey and I hung out at Wildwood Golf Club all day long during the summer. Our favorite thing to do was buy Hershey bars from the concession stand, unwrap them and let them melt under the sun. Super messy, but oh so good!
Hi, I’m Karen Dickey, daughter of Kathy and Dan. Although we left Middletown in 1981, Davey was very special to me. I’ve thought of him often over the years. I saw him in 1989, then again in 1997, when we were there visiting family. Great childhood memories at Wildwood Country Club, playing tetherball at school and sneaking my first kiss on the cheek behind the Twin Fair! So full of life, always smiling and goofing off! I’m so very sorry for your loss, and that I’m just seeing this. Just wanted you to know what he meant to me.
I think of Davey so often. Pray for Pam & Dave often. Remember when our kids were little together, especially Cindy's wedding when they leaned back and stuck out their tongues at each other!! Little kids are so cute in weddings!
Dave and Pam and family, Kristi and I are thinking of you and hope that your memories of Davey eventually bring some comfort. God and peace be with you. Chuck and Kristi Barton
So sorry to Davie's family and children. He was a great guy, very respectful. My daughter and his 2 youngest played together a few times. RIP Davie. God Bless your family and children.
Jeff Sherrick, Davey, and I!Always together and ready to jam!!!Oh how I will miss our awesome talks, our light bulb moments, our long long long road trips to see WSP!!!!!!!Oh, and me, glueing your eye shut on Ronnie’s back porch! You will NEVER LEAVE MY HEART!!!
R.I.P. as you listen to the crystal waters flow. Your spirit will always glisten as new fallen snow. And you'll always be remembered as the sun rises and sets. As Dusk and Dawn we'll never forget.
I am so saddened by this great tragedy for you and your family. My heart goes out to you both, Pam and Dave, to Cindy and Jack and to the kids as well. My prayers and love are with you all. God bless you and help you through this. Love always, Barb
