David Wilson Bell, Jr.
10/24/83 -9/30/2020

David Wilson Bell, Jr., resident of Ponchatoula, LA, formerly of Phenix City, AL, died September 30,2020 at his residence in Ponchatoula, LA, at the age of thirty-six. He was born in Texas on Oct 24,1983 to Leslie Vines and David Wilson Bell (deceased).

David attended school in Rowlette, TX, Phenix City and Columbus, and further trained in electronics and Information Technology with the Job Corps. He joined the United States Navy in 2002, and rapidly achieved the rank of E5. David worked in the energy services industry in offshore operations for years, and most recently owned and operated Bearded Brothers Home Improvements in Louisiana. He was an avid outdoorsman and biker, enjoyed singing karaoke, and loved to cook.

David is survived by a half-sister, Elizabeth, half-brother, Tommy, as well as loving aunts and uncles: Donna Bell & Emory Hutchings of Rowlette,TX, Wanda Bell Wilbur of Jacksonville, FL, Victor Bell, Polly Propst Bell, Ben &Jan Propst, Joe Propst,
Jeff & Tracy Propst, and Diane Propst. Dave was dearly loved by eighteen first cousins and their children, many close friends, and cherished godchildren.

A private family Celebration of Life will be held at Riverdale Cemetery on June 5, 2021 at 11:00AM.
