My brother would see no need for an obituary because he wouldn't see the need for recognition. But recognizing someone who cared for his family throughout his life and who blessed them with his loyalty, deserves recognition. Born in Seattle, celebrated his first birthday in Juneau, Alaska. He grew up in Renton and lived the last 17 years of his life in Tacoma.

  He was a mathematical genius who loved reading, computers, music and movies.  He was a giving person throughout his life and continued to give, after his passing, the gift of sight through organ donation. He was a good man. He is survived by his sister, Lilly, and other family members, Sunny Bouta and Lisa Bouta.

  Rest in Christ, Dave, and in the loving arms of Mom and Grandma and all those loved ones who have gone before.
