David's obituary

David Ayala, born on August 11, 1975, sadly passed away on April 20, 2024. He was a man of many roles – a loving father, a steadfast friend, a dedicated volunteer, and a passionate lover of life. His unique charm and wit will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

David is survived by his sons, David and Daniel Ayala, who will forever treasure the love, guidance, and strength their father offered them in all spheres of life. He was preceded in death by his father, also named David Ayala, in 2014.

In 2008, David embarked on two significant journeys. He married the mother of his children, and together they found a home in Sylmar, CA. David's home was more than just a residence—it was an embodiment of his spirit, filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of speakers.

David was known for his helpful and protective nature, often manifested through his volunteer work at the Boys and Girls Club. His love for his community was only paralleled by his love for Pepsi, artistry, and Starbucks. He loved to watch Smallville, and movies like The Lion King and Fast and Furious. His favorite spot to unwind was at Bobo's, with the dream of restoring his Charcoal Grey Mercury Cougar.

David was revered for his infectious humor, often described as sarcastic and witty, and his ability to always lend a helping hand. He was known for his mantra, "You can be good or you can be great.." A perfect depiction of David's relentless spirit and his approach to life. He showed us all how to be better, to be great even, and he did so with charm and hilarity.

One of his proudest achievements was his status as a Poker Champion. It was not just about the game; it symbolized his attitude towards life - a blend of strategy, courage, and a little bit of luck. With his untimely departure, David leaves behind a legacy of helping others, doing the right thing, and making the most out of life.

David was more than just the sum of his experiences, achievements, and roles. He was the epitome of doing the right thing and never said no to anyone in need. Therein lies his greatest achievement - his impression on the hearts of those whose lives he touched. His memories will forever remind us of his spirit, and his legacy will continue to inspire us.
