Dr. Cohen was such a joy!  I enjoyed always seeing him when it was time for his PIV Card to be renewed.  Such a sweet man.  Loved by many!  Eternity has arrived for you sir!  :)

I am so grateful that David was a part of my childhood. He was always so welcoming and kind to me, and someone I could count on feeling safe around. Truly a real card, sharp & funny. I know his warm glow in the world will not be going anywhere anytime soon! He is so loved. Sending so much love to everyone also touched by this loss, listen to some great music with him in your heart, he’ll be there 🩷

It has saddened me in ways to lose the best doctor I have ever worked for. With his witty lovable personality and overall a great doctor and person.  He was always excited to participate in his office Halloween themes (fond memories I will always cherish). He even took the time to text and check in on me after losing a dear loved one.  Definitely be missed. My condolences goes out to his family always and forever will be in my prayers.
