David's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Allen James Johnson, who was born on January 12, 2003, and passed away on September 23, 2023. David was known for his loving and happy spirit, and his passing has left a void in the hearts of many who loved him.
David was a proud graduate of a high school in Beaverton, OR, class of 2021. His dedication to his studies was unmistakable, leading to his greatest accomplishment as a high school graduate. In 2022, he started working at Pizza Hut, a job he enjoyed immensely.
A man of diverse interests, David had a marked appreciation for life. His favourite foods included chocolate milk. He loved reading, with the Harry Potter series being among his favourite books. His love for rock and roll music was unmatched.
He was a fan of the TV show, 'The Masked Singer', and was deeply moved by 'Anima', one of his favourite artistic pieces. He enjoyed playing games; Fortnight and Dragon Ball Z were his favourites. He also had a penchant for journaling and writing, which he often did at his leisure time.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in honour of David on October 12, 2023, at 12:00 PM at 19005 SW Strickland Dr. We invite all who knew and loved David to join us as we celebrate the life of a young man whose light shone so brightly, illuminating the lives of those he touched.
David's life was a testament to the kind of young man he was - loving, happy, and full of life. His absence will be greatly felt by his family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him. We pray for the repose of his soul and ask God to receive him in his eternal glory. Rest in peace, dear David.
