Background
Thank you so much for everyone's support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, we invite you to donate towards research for Pheochromocytoma (Pheo), the rare cancer that David battled. Metastatic Pheo has no known treatment and more funding will help further the research.
Pheo begins with a tumor of the adrenal gland and less than 0.1% of the population are diagnosed with this type of tumor per year. Of these cases, about 10% are malignant and only a further 10% metastasize (which was the case for David's diagnosis).
All funds raised will be donated to PheoParaAlliance in David's name.
