Dave Largent was born in Hollywood, California in 1954. He was adored by his Hermosa Beach Community and beyond. He went on to be with the Lord on November 1st, 2020. Dave was a renown surfer and known to all as Big Wave Dave. He was 6 ft 4 and when you shook his hand, he would claim it's like shaking a "slab of beef". He was incredibly proud of his 2 sons. Derek Largent was an All-Star Football Player at San Diego State University. Dane is a young entrepreneur and currently puts Christmas lights up for families and businesses.
If you had been by Dave's side as he was passing away, he would have grabbed your hand and said, "Please take care of my two boys". If you knew Dave, you loved him. He walked into every room with a big smile on his face. He wanted to help everyone he met in whatever way they needed it.
