Beau's obituary
Darwyn “Beau” O’Connor, 62, of Dayton, Iowa, passed away on January 25th, 2022 in his home. He was cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Beau loved fishing, mushroom hunting, welding hand-built creations and cooking. He was creative and could often be found tinkering on just about anything. You could always find his little yorkie, BT (Bear Trap) by his side.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Clement Virgil and Daisy Ester O’Connor, his sister Kay Francis O’Connor Rach and brother Derold Eugene O’Connor
Beau is survived by his four step daughters, Jamie McCalley, Bobbie Gregory (Joe), Andrea Brennan and Malorie Bair (Matt), grandchildren, Shyla, Lane, Kori, Owen, Jozie, Mason, Evelyn and Holden. Nephew, Randy Jones (Amber) Nieces, Michelle Lee Lyon (Dave) and Casey Strabley (Jon)
Losing Beau is shocking news to everyone, even unbelievable. Beau will be missed by many and most importantly not forgotten.
