Darren Eugene Coakley, a devoted family man, passed away peacefully in his home due to natural causes. Born on March 1, 1967, Darren cherished every moment spent with loved ones, especially during holiday gatherings. He has now joined his parents, Eva Nedra Coakley and Darrell Coakley, and brother, Terry Coakley, in eternal rest on November 7, 2024.

Darren is survived by his sister, Diane Coakley (Randy Barnes); nieces, Angel (Matthew) McClellan, Jenna (Wesley) Webster, and Amber (Timothy) Hazelwood; nephews, Robyn Coakley (Sheila), Maxwell (Heather) Coakley, and Nicholas Coakley; and great nieces and nephews, Payne, Aubrie, Ava, Greyson, Rachel, Lance, Sydney, John, Aiden, Elijah, and Oliver.

Darren's love for family was unparalleled, and he found joy in sharing special moments with them. His enthusiasm for holiday celebrations brought everyone together. Beyond family, Darren enjoyed indulging in retail therapy, always eager to spend time shopping. Even though Darren had no children of his own, he took great pride in helping to raise his nieces and nephews and all the babies of the family. Darren formed very special bonds with his great-nieces and nephews, and his passion for teaching and guiding others shone brightly as he was always sharing wisdom and life lessons with those around him.

A caring cremation will take place with Leaf Crematory in Columbus, Ohio. A memorial ceremony will be held at The Tree Church, 721 Memorial Dr. Lancaster, OH 43130 on March 1, 2025 at 2pm, where friends and family can gather to share stories and memories of Darren's life.

Though his passing leaves a void, Darren's memory will be treasured by those who loved him dearly.
