Darlene's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Darlene Hatfield, who left us on June 25, 2025. Born on July 18, 1954, Darlene lived a life filled with love, laughter, and countless moments of generosity. She will be remembered not just for her infectious humor, but for her boundless love and ceaseless giving.

Darlene will continue to live in the memories of her cherished family. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Heidi Hoenig, Heather McQuay, and Jenny Stull. She also leaves behind her loving son, Jeffrey Sniegowski.  More than a mother-in-law, she was a second mother to Tony McQuay, Darren Hoenig, and Jim Stull. However, there was a special place in her heart for her 14 grandchildren and 5 great grand children, whom she considered her greatest achievements.

When not surrounded by her family, Darlene often be found  happiness gardening and arranging flowers. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, creating happy memories that will now serve as a beautiful legacy of a life well-lived. She was a beacon of joy to all who knew her, leaving an indelible mark on every life she touched.

Darlene’s funny, loving, and giving spirit will be dearly missed by both family and friends.  Even as we mourn her loss, we celebrate a life lived with grace, humor and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.
