Sherry was a sweet, kind and loving lady. Sherry was a neighbor, friend and my daughter Natalie’s first and best babysitter I ever had. We moved to Brookdale, CA in 1980 and Sherry & Allen lived right behind us. Damian and my son Jeffrey became best buddies and our bond began. We shared pregnancy’s the kids family birthdays and lots of time together. We endured the big storm in the Santa Cruz mountains in 1981/1982. It was a mess with slides everywhere and we were rather stuck up there altogether. Eventually we all moved out of the mountains. I ended up back in Santa Cruz and eventually so did Sherry. Sherry once again became my babysitter for Natalie, I was so happy that she could take care of my little girl again. Sherry was a good seamstress and gardener too. I really missed her when they decided to move back East.  And hopefully we’ll meet up again on the other side. You’ll be missed old friend! You all had a very special mom and wife in your lives.💜☮️
I’m so very sorry to learn of this tremendous loss.  What a beautiful spirit!  It’s a comfort to know her nature and love and tenacity will live on through her beautiful family.  My heart and prayers are with you all.

I will always remember that beautiful smile and her deep love of her family. I am so sorry for the Baer family to lose this precious light.
I was Sherry’s assistant in the Kindergarten at Wellspring for a year. I learned so much from her kindness and common sense that year.
Oh Sher…. So many memories, so much history…. I picture you free now, unencumbered from physical and mental constraints.  And finally at peace.  Thank you for being my big sister. Perhaps we will meet again….🙏🏽
