Darlene "Dolly" Bernice Bowers Dowker born on July 19, 1948 departed her Earthly Home to join her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at her home at The Emerson South Collins Assited Living Community.

Dolly was born on July 19, 1948 to her parents Raymond & Nellie Mae Bowers. She married the love of her life Robert Stephen Dowker on April 14th, 1988! Dolly had been attending Mid-Cities Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stephen Dowker. Dolly is survived by her Daughter, Deb and husband Chris Poage of Spring Hill, Kansas; her granddaughter Mary Beth McPeak and longtime boyfriend Timothy Shirey of Leechburg, PA; her granddaughter Ashley and husband Cory Villeda of Ft. Worth Texas, sister Betty Stires of DeKalb, Texas; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

For many years Dolly ran her own business, was a Praise and Worship Leader in many Several churches. Dolly loved all of her family.

At this time, the family is keeping the arrangements as private with the hopes of getting everyone together in the future for a memorial service of some kind.
