During Darla's fight with Cancer things were rough. Many of her treatments over the past 8 years were over an hour away, for some treatment her and Dad had to stay at a hope lodge for extended periods of time because they were hours away and she needed daily treatments. One thing that was a huge blessing is something called Little Blessings, it is a program through the Cancer Center of Western Wisconsin that would provide gift cards to help with gas, food, transportation or other expenses. If anyone would like to make donations in her honor or memory please consider this cause. It was something that made a positive difference in her life, and helps many cancer patients in her area.
