D'Arcy was born on August 7, 1974, to Ronald and Marjorie Judd in Richmond, BC. He attended school at Dixon Elementary, Hugh Boyd Jr. Secondary, and Steveston Senior Secondary schools. D'Arcy loved sports growing up and belonged to several hockey and baseball teams over the years. As an adult, he played in a beer league with the Silver Bullets baseball team …
