Our hearts are heavy with sadness as we announce the untimely passing of DanteC Glenn, who departed this life on October 15, 2006. Born on May 1, 1990, DanteC lived a life filled with warmth, humor, and compassion.
DanteC was a young man who reveled in the joy of life. He was an ardent fan of Michael Jackson's music, and could often be found humming his favorite tunes. He loved watching movies like 'The Last Dragon' and 'Home Alone', always ready to laugh and share these cinematic experiences with his loved ones. A keen supporter of the Knicks and the Giants, sportsmanship and team spirit resonated with his own outlook on life.
He loved engaging in board games including Uno and Scrabble, demonstrating his zest for friendly competition and bonding with friends and family. A significant part of his recreational activities was basketball, an outlet that allowed him to express his dynamism and youthful energy. DanteC cherished local spots like Coney Island, basking in the vibrancy and people-centric nature of such beloved venues.
Despite his jovial nature, DanteC was not without his causes. The well-being of his siblings was a priority, a testament to his caring personality. He was best described as warm, caring, and funny by those who knew him, providing an aura of comfort and laughter for all those around him.
DanteC leaves behind his mother, Nicole Lopez; his father, Leroy Glenn; his step-father, Stafford Mccutcheon; his brothers Makentorc Lopez, Derrick Lopez, and Jahmir Lopez; and his sisters DominiqueC Glenn and DanielleC Glenn. Each of them mourns the loss of DanteC's vibrant personality and cherishes the precious memories they have of him.
A viewing is being held for DanteC on October 21, 2006, at 4:00 PM at 1461 Bushwick Ave. This will be followed by a series of funeral services held on October 22, 2006, at 4:00 PM at the same location. These were solemn occasions that allowed his loved ones to bid an emotional farewell to DanteC and celebrate his life.
Although DanteC did not get a chance to leave a legacy, his life was a testament to his warmth, caring nature, and humor. We will miss his contagious laughter, his loving presence, and his caring ways. Our lives will forever be marked by DanteC's love and friendship.
