Randy's obituary
We mournfully announce the passing of Mr. Danny "Randy" Fox, affectionately known as Randy, who departed this life on September 11, 2023. Born on November 5, 1956, Randy's colorful lifespan was marked by brightness, laughter, and infectious love.
Randy is survived by his sons, Daniel Fox, Paul Ledford, and Luke Fox; his daughters, Leighanna Fox, Leighla Fox, Telena Jones, and Heather Jones; and his siblings, Keith Fox and Patsy Bonifazi. He also leaves behind a legacy of seven cherished children. He was predeceased by his parents, David and Dolores Fox.
A man of simple pleasures, Randy loved the enchanting melodies of the Eagles and had an enduring affinity for the movie Silver Bullet. He had a soft spot for fish, paired with chocolate milk. He was an ardent supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, and he loved playing games, particularly horseshoes and basketball.
Among his favorite local spots was the Casino, where community and recreation met. Fishing was a beloved pastime, a testament to his love for the outdoors. He also possessed quite a green thumb, with gardening standing as one of his greatest accomplishments. He will be remembered for sharing his knowledge on garden cultivation, a testament to his nurturing nature.
His favorite color—black—resembled his strong and resilient personality. But beneath his strength lay a man who was fun-loving and extremely caring. The love he showered on his family will be forever etched in their hearts.
Rest in peace, Randy. Your love, wisdom, and the joy you brought to our lives will forever resonate in our hearts. Your legacy goes far beyond your passion for gardening; you have planted the seeds of love in your children's hearts, a remarkable garden that will flourish and bloom for generations to come.
