I was lucky enough to stay on the Shiloh a few years back with Dan right as he was starting chemo. What an amazing man. Although we hadn't maintained contact, I considered Dan a friend and am sorry to hear of his death in 2022. Raising my blue Coleman mug full of Dewars in memory!
