Background
On Wednesday evening, September 21, 2022 I found that my Dad had died in our home. His death was completely unexpected and the family is completely unprepared. Oddly enough, in the recent weeks my Dad had been talking about wanting to get life insurance; I told him I would check into it, but hadn't gotten to it.
After wondering whether or not it was socially appropriate to post my own request for financial assistance; I decided to go move forward.
We are choosing a direct cremation and plan for his ashes to be distributed to his family and friends so they may keep a piece of him with them or spread them wherever they find brings them a sense of peace.
If you knew my Dad then you know he was rough on the outside, but kind hearted on the inside. He will be greatly missed. Contribute
