My condolences to Danny's family.  I grew up with Danny. We did many things to together in our youth. I considered Danny as my best friend. We lived three houses down on the opposite side of the road from Danny’s house.  When I left to go into the army I lost track of Danny. I just heard that Danny had passed. My condolences to his family.
My name is Al Bolton. Danny and I served together in Thailand. Udorn and Korat Air Bases for 18 months. Ruby, I don’t know if you remember this. When we returned stateside, I was stationed at Elgin AFB. I came to Dunedin to visit Danny. You owned a Rambler. Your car wouldn’t start so Danny and I were going to fix it for you. We drained maybe a cup of oil out. Your car had 99,000 miles on it. Danny called you to ask when was the last time you changed the oil? You answered him, you have to change it, I only ever added oil. Two days later we got it fixed and running. I’ll never forget that and it was the last time I saw Danny. I had been trying to locate him for a few years. Seems that every very good irreplaceable friends that I eventually locate is through their obituary. His picture has his smile that no one could ever forget. That’s the same smile from 1969. We use to call him TUBBY😄 May he rest in peace 🙏🏻✝️

Jen, I am so sorry for your whole family’s loss. He was such a sweet man, always smiling. You hang in there my friend. Thinking about you, and when I do, I’ll always pray for you. 💕

So sad to hear of Danny’s passing.  I am sure he was a great father, grandfather and great-grandfather!
