Yesterday was National Sister’s Day.
Yesterday, one of my sister’s took her last breath.
Danielle “Puff Puff” Woody, March 10, 1981-August 1, 2024, Killeen, TX.
A crazy, organic girl with a big heart, infectious laugh, single mother of four; the youngest a 6-year old replica of her mother, has very unexpectedly and heartbreakingly left this world behind.
She and her children need help and support from the family, the community, friends, strangers and all of our hearts.
My sister, Danielle, went to the hospital four weeks ago, July 5, 2024, with chest pains and at 43, had a massive heart attack. It took 30 minutes to resuscitate her which caused severe brain injury. Danielle was in a vegetative state for 27 days and transitioned August 1, 2024.
Danielle was a working single mother of four who cared for her children without paternal support.
Again, family, friends, the community, strangers, the culture, Danielle was a kind, giving spirit and her children deserve the “pay it forward”.
Please find it in your hearts to donate so these children can memorialize their mother gracefully and have funding to support them in the thereafter.
Every pinch and penny will create a bucket of love. Let’s save some babies!
