It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Daniele M. Frick better known as "Dannee".  She was born in Miami, on March 20,1962 and passed peacefully on January 17, 2025 from the Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in Port St. Lucie at her mother’s house. She was smart, honest, generous, and courageous. Dannee left an indelible mark on everyone with her infectious smile and big heart.

Dannee was a proud graduate from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1980. She then attended The Ohio State University and later in life attained her certification in x-ray technology. Dannee was a project manager for Bellsouth/AT&T for 20 years in Florida and Georgia. After moving to Salt Lake City, she became a certified EPIC professional, both as a trainer and an analyst. Dannee was everyone’s go to for IT issues.

The summer of 2003 Dannee’s life changed when she met Camille. They spent the next 21 years together building a wonderful life and supporting each other.  Dannee and Camille never thought that marriage could happen in their lifetime. It was a dream come true to be able to marry Camille in Salt Lake City, on December 23, 2013. 

Both Camille and Dannee enjoyed traveling. Their trips to the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Alaska, Canada and Dannee's favorite the stunning landscapes of Australia and New Zealand. During Covid they bought a home in Briny Breezes, Florida, there she was often found enjoying her time at the beach.

Among her many achievements were becoming a Harley Davidson owner, which showcased her love for adventure. Dannee also mastered the art of sailing, a testament to her fearless spirit. She also could pull a 44’ 5th wheel trailer effortlessly with her 3500 diesel Dodge Ram dually.

Dannee was a vivacious soul who loved life and lived it to the fullest, always advocating for doing good without seeking rewards and pursuing her desires with integrity. She was a die-hard fan of The Ohio State football team, and she enjoyed music, songs from Earth, Wind and Fire, Luther Vandross and Pink were all on her playlist. Above all, Dannee's love for Boxers and Frenchies was unmatched having many dogs and foster dogs. Dannee and Camille's commitment to their dogs is evident; they were on the show "It's Me or the Dog" in 2006, with Victoria Stilwell, to help train one of their Boxers.

Dannee is survived by her loving wife, Camille Scrip, her caring mother, E. Jean Frick, her daughter, Brittany Johnson (Marcus), brother, David Costa(Helen), nephew David Michael Costa(Mary Jane), nieces Amy Killebrew(Stephen), Ashley Hanna(Peter) 13 great nieces and nephews and finally her pup Nik. She was predeceased by her father, H. Richard Frick, and her in-laws, John and Carla Scrip.

It was Dannee's wish to celebrate her life rather than mourn her death. A Celebration of Life will be held on February 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM - 3:00 pm. at 4901 Old Ocean Blvd, Briny Breezes, FL 33435 (look for signs for parking). A short program will begin at 12:30 pm. Casual, colorful attire is encouraged, light refreshments will be served and feel free to go walk on the beach. Dannee's legacy lives on through everyone whose life she has influenced.
