Daniel Christopher "Danny" Xenos passed on March 8, 2021, in Olathe, Kansas. Danny was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 18, 1980.

Danny graduated from Blue Valley North High School in 1999. He went on to get an associate of arts degree from Johnson County Community College. After earning a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Kansas, Danny moved to Emporia, Kansas. He began working for the Emporia Public Library, and always spoke fondly of his co-workers and friends there.

Danny moved to Olathe, Kansas and started working for UMB. He was very close to his co-workers at the bank. 

Danny enjoyed several hobbies. He had a keen interest in genealogy, and was a member of Sons of the American Revolution. He had traced his family back to the 1600's.

He was a voracious reader, and had studied Latin and Greek. He collected classic volumes of history.

Danny was also interested in wildlife preservation, especially owls. He had a lifelong love of dogs, and they returned the affection.

Danny will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
