Wanting to wish you a Happy Heavenly Birthday. I have no words for how much you meant to Us. You always made me feel included and welcome with the group and I do not know that you knew how much that meant to me, I sure hope so. I will always cherish my special name that you gave me. It always made me laugh. You were so very dear to My Russ. He talked about you to everyone and always told them you and Don made him your brother. It meant so much to him, as it did to me to be Sis. Rest and be at Peace with all Our loved ones in Heaven. We will all be together again when we too "Come Home."

I am truly at a loss for words for hearing of Uncle Dan's passing. We are all heartbroken.   I will cherish all of the family gatherings and all the fishing we all did as a family.  Those were the best times. We will miss all the laughter and joy that Uncle Dan brought to our family.  He will truly be missed.  My heartfelt condolences go to the entire family.  Praying that God wraps his loving arms around the entire family.  Rest in peace Uncle Dan, until we meet again.
Dan and I were friends for over 30 years.  We hunted, fished, drank some cool ones and laughed together.  Dan was always joking about his goober giagantus  (big goober).  I can't verify this but I've seen deep trenches in the sand where he walked.  The man, the legend will live on.  Rest in peace my dear friend, you will be missed.
