Sending love and prayers to all of Danny’s family and friends.

He was a force of nature who touched so many people with his humor, his determination and mostly his enthusiasm.

He showed up. He volunteered at my families charity golf tournament many years in a row - he showed up with no fanfare and expected no thanks but spent the whole day  making the experience better for everyone and simply supporting me, his friend.

He cared so deeply and he will be so deeply missed.  I spoke to him the end of October and he talked about his children with so much love and joy in his voice and shared how incredibly proud he was of each one. He loved you so.

At work Danny was amazing with patients and families and in life he was devoted to his family.  He was a loyal friend. He loved God and God has him now.

My heart is with all of you. ❤️

Amy

Danny, I am absolutely heartbroken. I will always love you and be thankful for the gift you gave me, our daughter. She adored you and loved you so much. I have so many happy memories but my favorite memory of us was dancing for hours in the kitchen. We would laugh until we cried. I will continue to dance with our daughter now. I promise Renee Danielle will always know how much you loved her, to the moon and back. I will tell her all the funny stories too. Like how you made us all rate your dinners 1-10 every time you cooked.  We will miss you so much, your laugh, your smile but most of all your love. To be continued until we meet again. ❤️
My heart goes out to all the family for your loss.  Praying for our Lord’s comfort and mercy to be with you all.   God Bless.
Your energy was contagious. Your love for your children unquestionable. Watch over them until you all meet again. Rest peacefully Danny. You will be missed.

Danny,

You were like a big brother in high school to me, so many memories include you, Will and Eric! I will always cherish those days close to my heart! Friend you sure will be missed

Danny and I played ball together starting at 11 years old. We were on the All Star team together at 12. When I came to Centennial he was a huge fan, always in my corner. He stayed home from school and missed first period on my 16th birthday so I could pick him up and drive him to school after I passed my drivers test. Together we interviewed and got our first real jobs at Stater Bros. He always pushed me in the gym and on the field. Nobody worked harder than the SlivDog. Right after HS, I was privileged to be able to quit my job so I could play baseball in college. Danny couldn’t but he never lost the dream or passion. He worked nights and saved up. He went on to play college Baseball at Chapman and had a successful college career. Once Danny and I had families we weren’t able to stay in close contact, but every time we ran into each other we picked up right where we left off. As young men, we lost one of our best friends, every time we got together we tipped a glass to him. Today, I tip my glass to you SlivDog! My homie, I will miss your enthusiasm and smile. RIP 🙌

Although I didn't know Daniel outside of work, I worked with him for just under 2 years in home health/hospice. There was multiple events we did at senior facilities in the area, and when he got with seniors in these facilities, he was amazing with them. He was so driven and passionate about what he did from a business perspective, but I saw this whole other side of him come out when he was with senior residents. He brought so much joy to them and would get them up and dancing and really just had a way that is not something you can teach. He genuinely got fulfillment in connecting with them and I could tell they loved seeing him.

I am without words, but I get up the courage to say goodbye to an amazing person that touched so many lives. You’ll be missed with tears in my eyes. All I can say is thank you for coming into my life and making it better. I will miss that smile, I will miss you. Until we meet again.
