It is with hearts heavier than words can express that we share the sudden passing of our beloved Daniel Meeks.
Daniel was a man of deep faith who loved Jesus with his whole heart. He lived that faith daily through his devotion to his family — to his wife, Regina, and to his two precious sons, Damien and Sebastian. Daniel didn’t just provide for his family financially; he was their steady foundation, their encourager, and their protector.
Many of you know that Daniel spent countless hours caring for Sebastian, who is severely autistic. While Sebastian may not fully understand why his dad is suddenly missing from his daily routine, the absence of Daniel’s gentle presence is profoundly felt. Daniel’s life was a quiet testimony of service — showing up day after day with patience, love, and unwavering commitment.
With Daniel’s unexpected passing, Regina now faces not only the heartbreak of losing her husband, but the overwhelming challenge of supporting their family on her own. Daniel provided more than half of their household income, and his loss has created a significant financial gap at a time when stability is needed most.
We are sharing this not to ask out of desperation, but to invite those who feel led to walk alongside Regina, Damien, and Sebastian during this unimaginable season. Your prayers, encouragement, and any support you may wish to offer will help lift a burden from this grieving family and remind them they are not alone.
Above all, we ask you to remember Daniel for the way he loved — faithfully, selflessly, and with a servant’s heart. His legacy will continue to live on through his boys and through the many lives he touched.
