“Dan” or “Danny”
Danny was born on November 15th, 1977, and returned to our Father in Heaven on June 4th, 2025. Danny was born in Provo, Utah, to Earl and Sandi Quintana. Danny married the love of his life, Alita Best, on January 28th, 2006. They had a strong marriage for 19 years. Danny was a doting husband, son, brother, uncle, and cousin. Danny was a friend to all.
Danny was an avid deer hunter and was extremely talented at the sport. Danny also loved fishing and being in the great outdoors. Danny loved taking trips out to Wendover with his brother Calvin and the Quintana family. Danny enjoyed working on cars. Danny was a Camero enthusiast.
Danny possessed a larger-than-life personality. You could feel a positive shift in energy when he entered a room. Danny had an uncanny ability to read people and seemed to always know the right words or actions to take to make someone’s day.
Danny had a great sense of humor that would often leave others laughing. He had a natural gift with this.
Danny was generous with his resources, time, and knowledge. This, as well as he was always there to listen when someone needed to talk.
Danny is survived by his loving wife Alita, his mom Sandi Quintana, his little brother Calvin (Zara) Quintana, his nieces and nephews Cali, Zander, TJ, Konnor, Kathrynn, Davina, Duncan, and Maizie, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Danny was preceded in death by his dad Earl D Quintana, grandparents, Keith and Mary Durrant, and Charles and Pheobe Quintana.
Danny truly loved his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed being with them, talking over the phone, spending time hunting and fishing, playing games, and he loved spoiling them for holidays and their birthdays. He was like a second father to them.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11:00am at the Pacific Drive 1st Ward Chapel located at 688 West 500 North, American Fork, Utah, followed by Interment at the Lehi City Cemetery.
