It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Daniel "Danny" Polakovic, who left this world on March 1, 2026, but whose memories will forever linger in our hearts. Born on August 12, 1981, he lived an extraordinary life marked by unfaltering zest and unshakeable determination.
Daniel was a man of many names - to some, he was Danny, Dan or Danno. Yet, no matter what you called him, one thing was always …
Event details
Memorial events are private
A private service will be held for Daniel with his children and immediate family. During this incredibly difficult time, it was important for us to gather quietly as a family and give his children the space and comfort they need as we navigate this loss together.
Daniel touched the lives of so many people, and we know there are many who would like the opportunity to honor and remember him.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date so that all who loved him can come together to share stories, memories, and the impact he had on our lives.
In the meantime, we hope for you to hold your own personal memorials in honor of Daniel.
