Troy loved FRESH START MINISTRY in WINNSBORO, LOUISIANA.
We were so fortunate as kids to be taken to church faithfully. And like many of us, he still had questions about the Word and about God's plan for his life. The Lord's will led my brother to the doors of FRESH START MINISTRY. He had the opportunity to learn not only about GOD'S LOVE MERCY & GRACE.. but received a better understanding of Jesus, and just who he was in CHRIST.
