Daniel Furlong, age 73, of Monroe, Washington passed away September 12th, 2022. He is survived by his younger brother Larry Furlong, son Jared Furlong, daughter Breah Furlong and two grandchildren.

Daniel grew up in Monroe and lived in the same house his parents, Louise Messer-Furlong and Everett Furlong, built in 1949. He lived the rest of his days in his childhood home with his daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. Daniel may have had some struggles, but lived life how he wanted. He loved helping others in his time of service in Vietnam and as a counselor in the Monroe Correctional Facility. Our family is grateful to know that Daniel is finally at peace and thankful for his service to our country. Services will be held at IOOF Cemetery in Monroe on November 18th, 2022 at 11am.
