Daniel Diaz

June 11, 1982 - December 19, 2022,

Daniel Diaz, 40, a beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many passed away December 19th, 2022 unexpectedly at home in Miami, Fl. He was born in Miami, Fl. on June 11, 1982, to Ralph and Lourdes Diaz. He was a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School and attended the University of Florida receiving a bachelor’s in Public Relations and Political Science where he was a proud member of the Debate Team.

Danny was a bright spark in this world known for his good sense of humor and his contagious laughter among his friends and family and will be deeply missed. He touched the lives of so many and found a way to make everyone smile. He was passionate about his family, and friends, and enriching the lives of those in his community through his 9 years at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce as well as various boards and city initiatives he was involved in such as the Miami Beach LGBTQIA+ Advisory Committee.

Danny is survived by his father Ralph, his mother Lourdes, brother Alejandro and his wife Vanessa along with their daughter and Danny’s beloved niece Sienna. A viewing will be held on December 29, 2022, at Caballero Rivera Funeral Home at 8200 Bird Road from 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM. The Funeral Mass service will be held on December 30, 2022, at Saint Brendan Catholic Church, 8725 SW 32nd Street, Miami FL 33165 at 10:30 AM with burial to follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery located at 6200 SW 77 Avenue, Miami FL. 33143.
