Daniel A Baird, 69, passed away on November 6th 2025. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Baird (nee Grande) and daughter Jaclyn Baird, his brother James (Dione), his sisters Patricia, Kathleen, and Karen (the late Ken) Waity, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, the late Arch & Rosemary Baird (nee Hancock).

He graduated from Holy Cross High School in 1974, married Linda on January 25th, 1986, and became a father to Jaclyn in 1990. He dedicated his life to those he loved. Always a hard worker, The Floor King retired in 2023 after owning his own business, Floor Tech Solutions, for nearly 30 years.

Dan was an avid golfer who loved living right on the course both here and in Florida, spending many sunny days on the green. He played football and softball in his youth, and remained a Chicago Bears and Cubs fan his whole life.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or charitable organization of your choice.
