Dana Poole, 59, of Lawrence, MA, passed away on July 02, 2022 after a recent battle with sudden health complications.

Dana was born on April 3, 1963 to Gail & Robert Poole in Boston, MA. He worked for a lot of years in the moving industry, driving semi trucks and in later years managing a warehouse. He met the late Sandra Knight, and they wed in 1991, going on to have 2 children, Kristin Cocciardi and Shawn Poole. He had two sons from a previous marriage, Scott & Steven Poole.    

Dana was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of all his children and always tried his best to support them.


Dana was also a passionate about fishing, and never missed a Sunday NASCAR race.


Anyone who knew Dana knew that he was the most loving father, husband and partner a family could ask for. Dana was predeceased by Sandra Knight (Poole), and Robert & Gail Poole. He is survived by his daughter, Kristin Cocciardi and her husband, Joseph, of Brentwood, NH, his sons, Shawn Poole, of Weare, NH, Scott Poole and his wife, Nelda, of Lowell, MA and Steven Poole, of Lowell, MA. Grandchildren Robert Cocciardi, Kira and Kaylee Poole, and Steven and Matthew Poole. His sister, Robin Adams and her husband, Kevin, of Pocomoke City, MD, and several nieces and nephews. The family requests that all flowers and notes be sent to 25 Route 107, Brentwood, NH 03833. In lieu of wake and funeral, there will be a graveside Celebration of Life, date TBD. Flowers and notes will be used for the graveside celebration.
