Dana's obituary
We announce the peaceful passing of ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ซ, who left us on August 16, 2024, at his residence in the Philippines. Born on January 1, 1956,ย Dana was the beloved son of Margaret Christina Sadler and Morton Ray Koler.
Dana is the great-great-grandson of the late renowned German violinist August Emil Ferdinand Wilhelmj and Baroness Von Liphardt. He is survived by his remaining brothers and sister, Wayne Koler, John Young, Michael Young, and Leanne Wolfson (Young); his daughter, Roxanne Koler Chatfield; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Aaliyah, and Austin.
Dana was a beacon of kindness and sweetness, always extending a helping hand to those in need. His life was a tapestry woven with warmth, compassion, and an abundance of love that he generously shared with his family and friends. His presence was a gentle light, illuminating the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Pdn Hss CDO and Home Health CDO for their unwavering care and compassion for Dana in his final moments. Dana was tenderly cared for and cherished by his devoted caregivers, Ritchie, Louie, Charvic, and Darius, who became like family to us. Their dedication and kindness ensured that he passed with dignity and decency, as noted by his attending physician. Words cannot fully express our profound appreciation for your exceptional service.

Funeral services will include a viewing ceremony at Divine Shepherd Memorial Chapels (Mount of Olives) from August 17-19, 2024. Following the viewing, Dana will be laid to rest with a cremation ceremony on Monday afternoon. Friends are warmly invited to attend and pay their respects during this time of remembrance and farewell. May his soul find eternal peace and serenity.
