Damian's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Damian Bodine, who was welcomed into this world on December 11, 1978, and who left us too soon on May 29, 2025. He leaves behind his Grandmother Connie Collard, his mother Sheila Price, father Mitch Price, brother Anthony, sister Ashlie, brothers Adam, Gabe, and Keanu, and daughter Yvonne, and many other friends and family who loved him dearly.
Damian was an incredibly creative and independent individual, widely admired for his intelligence and tenacity. He faced every challenge head-on and never shied away from adversity. His resilience and determination were inspiring, and he never failed to keep going, even during the most testing of times.
A testament to Damian's extraordinary spirit was his remarkable list of accomplishments. Despite being blind, he defied all odds to obtain his GED, following which he pursued higher education. He honed skills in computer programming and repair and became highly proficient in his profession. His passion for learning didn't end there. Damian taught himself to play various musical instruments, with the guitar and piano being his favorites. His talent was nothing short of inspiring, and his ability to overcome any obstacle serves as a shining example to all.
Damian left a lasting legacy through his sense of humor, his courage, and his will to always push forward, no matter how daunting the circumstances. He taught us that adversity does not define us, but it is our reaction to adversity that truly shows our character.
Let us remember Damian for his unique spirit, his courage to conquer the insurmountable, his love for music, and his undying determination. His life and his legacy will forever serve as an inspiration to us all.
