Dallin Foster passed away early on the morning of November 25th. He was 27. Dallin was born in Red Bluff, Ca on October 4, 1991. Dallin graduated from Red Bluff High School and attended Shasta College. He is preceded in death by his mother, Deirdre Foster, and survived by his father, Geoffrey Foster, stepmother Dawn Marie Foster, siblings Theresa Heiney, Shannon Ilas, Brandon Foster, Meaghan Groves , Aaron Foster, Eamonn Foster, and stepbrother Gabe Simon; …
