Dale Allen Rissmiller passed away on March 26th, 2023, in Phillipsburg, NJ. Dale was 64 years old. He is survived by his lifelong partner of over forty years, Cindy Bailey. Dale is also survived by his children: son, Jason Bailey, and grandchildren, Lilyann Bailey and Casey Bailey; son, Dale Rissmiller, daughter-in-law, Sara Fortunato, and grandchildren, Johnathon Rissmiller, Emma Rissmiller, and Bella Rissmiller; and son Stephen Rissmiller, fiancé Dana Teachen, and grandchild, Meadow Rissmiller. 

Dale was a loyal partner and Father. He adored his grandchildren and cherished the time spent with them. Dale’s greatest joys in life were the love of his life, Cindy Bailey, his three sons, his grandchildren, the Delaware River, a cold beer, and a comfortable place to sit. He was a simple man who lived for his family, most notably, his sons, Jason, Dale and Stephen. He will be greatly missed by all the lives he touched. His legacy will live on through his three children and six grandchildren.

 No services will be held. The family will be in contact when his life will be celebrated.
