Dale was a friend, shipmate and true professional.  He was always available to help a shipmate and knew what he was doing as a Navy MSC Officer.  RIP my friend.

Dale was the Manpower Officer at NH Pensacola when I was an Ensign and he became a mentor as well as a friend.  We ran into each other at various professional  conferences over the years and I always enjoyed those times.  

May you be at peace and pain free in God’s arms my friend; you will be deeply missed.

RIP Dale.  While we were never stationed together, Dale and I were in the same year group and promoted through the ranks together.  I enjoyed Dale’s camaraderie, he was a true professional and outstanding Officer.
