Dale's obituary

Dale Drake, aged 54, passed away on May 15, 2024, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Dale leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories as a proud father and a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and soulmate, Karen. Together, they raised three daughters, Ashley (Ashie), Katelyn (Bug), and Tessa (Scooter), who deeply feel the loss of their father's guidance and companionship.
Dale is also survived by his father John (Marie), his siblings Dawn, Donna, Darren (Jennifer), and Doug, a beloved uncle to several nieces and nephews, and a true friend to many. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Drake.
Dale was a man whose life was defined by the deep connections he created with those around him. His daughters remember him not only as a father but as a mentor whose valuable life lessons, shaped them into the individuals they are today. His relationships extended beyond family, touching all who knew him as a true and loyal friend.
Dale was avid music collector, he found joy in the melodies and stories of various albums. He was also a fan of sci-fi and Star Trek, often exploring these universes through movies and discussions with friends. His love for nature was evident through his enjoyment of nature trails and his care for plants and flowers. Dale also found peace in long car rides, and was an enthusiastic gamer.
A celebration of Dale's life will be held at The Stadium Grill in Abacoa on October 13th from 1-4 PM. In keeping with Dale's fun-loving spirit, guests are requested to wear bright colors to reflect the joy he brought into their lives.
Dale's family kindly encourages all who knew him to honor Dales' memory by living their lives with the same kindness and love he displayed every day.
